This is a pretty good fight.
The main reason I bring this book in is because it really showcases on of the newer Avengers talents.
I never realized exactly how powerful and how much of a contribution Captain Marvel made to this team. She really becomes a core member that the other members look to for her contributions.
In this issue Arnim Zola fights the Avengers using the help of several Hulk clones. He is trying to take tech from one of Banners labs, and the Avengers want to prevent it, with the aid of Mr Fantastic and She-Hulk, now with the FF.
Decent battles and actually well written. This Annual arrives in the midst of the run where the Vision takes over, so it makes for a good action break, before getting back into the main story.
This gets 6 Loonies out of 10

No, the artist isn't Byrne -- I don't know who it is, but I feel the same way as Dr. Bong. This was my introduction to Arnim Zola. I had always seen him around and wondered what the heck he was all about -- and I really liked this issue. I think Arnim Zola is cool as a concept. I also liked the basic setup -- dealing with all the technology Bruce Banner assembled during the brief period when he had control of the Hulk. That's the kind of continuity crossover I like. Just little details like that.
I also have a German copy of this issue. From what I can tell, a lot of the characterization was cut out in translation. There's one dialog ballon where Cap says, "I second that opinion." and the translation is, "Hallo!"
