Does anybody have a list of cities destroyed by Kang during the destiny war? This would be helpful to me. Thanks!

I think you mean the "Kang Dynasty."
As far as I know, only Washington DC was destroyed. However, I do believe that other cities - Paris, in particular - were attacked as well.

Destiny War was the war in Avengers Forever, no cities were destroyed there...
If you are referring to the Kang War that ended Busiek's run on V3, once again nothing was really destroyed, because Kang's weapon killed people while leaving buildings nearly intact. However in the overall war, Washington, Paris, New York and the town where Damocles base fell were damaged quite a lot.
