Again, I'm aware of the other thread about this but I didn't want to post another review there. Even though that was less of a review and more of a bashing.
This issue we learn a little more about Hulkling and his heritage, here we find out part of his connection to the Avengers past. Skrulls.
Things I liked: Parents being parents and taking responsibility for their kids. Even though this increases the pressures on this team I like the fact that they are stepping up. Kate, not letting her 'instructor?' embarrass her. Hulkling doing impressions The team preparing to talk to Eli like they're preparing to fight a villian Super-Skrull, one of my likey likey villians Foreshadowing-Teddy talking about how his dad died of cancer Teddy learns the truth Things I didn't like: The death of Teddys mom. Even though she wasn't, to him she was. That's hard on any kid.
Things that surprised me: Teddy isn't a mutant. Other posts were critical of him turning out to be a skrull. They really tore this series apart, I was a little shocked. Sometimes it seems some people decide they are gonna be critical before they even crack the book, then just search for things to justify their pre-dislike. Things that I was wrong about: I thought Teddy might be proginy of the Super Skrull for whatever reason.
I give this 5 Loonies out of 10. Nothing really grabbed me too much so basically an average issue for me
