Who cares if the old characters are back while the people who can't edit nor write the Avengers still haven't lost their jobs at Marvel. Just another stupid atempt oat more cash from event-addicts. They know their crowd, they make an event and every fanboy gobbles it up. Works everytime. Disassembled. Assembled. Re-Disassembled. HOM. Civil War. The crapfest that keeps on giving.

I'm with you Ultron. I've gone to the comic store three weeks in a row and had to force myself to buy anything at all. That's sad. If not for ultimates and Ultimate FF, I wouldn't be buying anything. I bought Civil War but so far it hasn't exactly been setting my world on fire. Now they are setting up the young rebellious superheroes vs the older conservative superheroes--which is exactly what happened in DC's Kingdom Come. Only that comic was brilliant. Civil War has all the markings of a contrived event that promises more than it delivers.
