I know that when Odin died and Thor became lord of Asgard he gained the Odinpower. I also know that sometime during his current series that power was transferred from Thor himself to his hammer. But I would like to know if the Odinpower went from the hammer to Balder when Thor was banished from Asgard and Balder became it's lord again. It seems to me it would make sense... anyone can tell me...? Also, can anyone tell me if he's currently subject again to turning into Don Blake anytime the hammer is out of his grasp for more than 60 seconds...?

At the moment, the Odinpower is "gone", apparently for good. It wasn't transferred to Mjolnir, but used by Dr. Strange to repair Mjolnir after it had been shattered in a recent battle. In the process, Thor's life was linked to Mjolnir, so that if it breaks again, he will die. I don't think it's been stated or showed if the old 60-seconds rule still applies, it certainly hasn't been mentioned.
As for Balder, he only has his normal powers, no Odinpower.
