Yeah, nothing there I don't already know. The people who are buying the product are as much to blame as the people producing the product. The fact is that a large part of the comic fanbase is either a)so indiscriminate that they can't recognize crap when they see it, or b)willing to continue buying crap even when they know it's crap. This is simply an unfortunate feature of the comic-buying community, and a primary reason why comics as a whole are dying.

The second one was laugh out loud funny. And sadly, too likely. Oh, not word for word, but the underlying theme that Marvel editorial is entirely disconnected from the fans - that's certainly true.
I stopped buying New Avengers some months ago. I never started Mighty Avengers (which I assume is out) because it looked inane.

I'll bet if any of them read that blog they'll start checking for bugs in the office.
