You folks may have noticed the "Google Ads" on the Forum and now on the AA site itself. A quick word about that:
The ads on the forum are beyond my control. The message board owners place them automatically. Not that I find them particularly intrusive.
The ads on the AA site were placed by me, recently, purely in an effort to try to recoup the cost of the Web server space I pay for, for AA, and registering the domain names each year. They're currently bringing in a few cents a day, which, over the course of a year, may be almost enough to pay for those two things. Maybe.
That would be a welcome thing, so I hope folks don't mind putting up with them. (In fact, I think the Google search feature at the bottom is kind of handy, for searching the AA site itself.)
