October 6, 2009 - Ah, shiny cover art. Is there nothing better? Adi Granov's cover work for Black Widow has been nothing short of gorgeous thus far, so we figured we'd keep giving it to you. This particular piece is for the third issue of the upcoming mini-series by Paul Cornell and Tom Raney. Expect to see this in stores in January. Here's a description of the series, as per Marvel's December solicits. (Okay, technically this describes the second issue, but you'll get the idea - January solicits aren't hitting for another two weeks.) "Before the world falls in love with her in Iron Man II, learn how it all began for the Black Widow! As Natalia Romanova races across the globe to uncover the mystery behind the threat targeting everyone she's ever loved, Clint Barton faces death! Plus: Tony Stark, the Crimson Dynamo, the Winter Soldier, and even Nikita Kruschev get caught in the Widow's wicked web of intrigue, espionage and danger!" media.comics.ign.com/media/021/021318/img_7203853.html
