Not technically 'Mighty Avengers', but it's done by the writer and artist of that book and it's effectively a lead-in to it, so I thought I'd post it in this forum just the same.
First thing's first- this book is a rip-off for most of you. It's 8 pages of new story and two reprints, all charged at $3.99. And while the new story is, in my view, a d**n good one... it's not worht $3.99 for eight pages. And the stories- Tales to Astonish #44 and Avengers #213- I'm sure most of you already have. But for an ultra Hank fan- like our good Doctor here on the boards- it may be worth picking up anyway as it is an important part of Hank's transition to where he'll be in Mighty Avengers #21. If you can swallow the price tag
It was worth it for me because I did not already have the stories reprinted here, and I found them good reads, and very interesting as they are, after all, such important stories for a character I've always liked but never read that much about.
For those interested, the 8-page new story is basically a conversation between Hank and Jocasta after SI #8, and addresses Hank's current state, his relationship with Jocasta, his newest identity and even, briefly... well, the events of Avengers #213. But all done in, I think, a skillful and well-handled manner.

Thanks for the recap, Doom. I own Avengers #213, and Tales to Astonish #44, so I won't be picking this book up. However, I'm sure my local comic shoppie won't mind me reading those eight pages and putting the book back for someone else to buy... And it's cool to know that Jocasta is still around in some form!
