In doing the reviews of the tie-ins this question comes to me.
Which of the fights do you think was the greatest, or most fun, or whatever. Which fight did you like best.
For me it's Herc vs. Clor, hands down. "Thou art no Thor!" classic
My second was pretty much a non fight but great nonetheless Invisible Woman vs. Taskmaster. That was priceless.

Much as I loved Clor vs Hercules, I think I have to say it's a tie.
Iron Man vs Cap in Civil War 3. Was it even? Hell no. But it was very well written, realisitc and yet I for some reason didn't think it would go that way, and the final half panel of Iron Man smashing Cap gives me chills and I found it one of the most powerful panels of the year.
Spidey vs Cap in ASM 534 is another brilliant fight. Peter's narration takes us deep inside his head and it has some powerful moments of it's own- it shows just how GOOD Cap is without diminishing Peter, and the way Peter finally scores a hit is clever and realistic.

Doomsie, Spidey vs. Cap was a classic. I loved what he did with the shield after.

That was another brilliant moment- leaving it where Cap would recover it. So true to Pete's character- I gotta say, JMS writes the best Peter Parker I have read in a decade or so, at this stage he's just so familiar with the character's inner voice that it's frightening. Millar's Peter is a bit too angsty, Bendis is a bit too light, JMS has the balance nailed.

I would have picked Spidey vs. Iron Man, but that was just a conversation.

Spiderman vs the glass windows of Avengers Tower didn't work out so well
I think my Favorite is in CW7 when Spiderman in one picture beats up like 8 different pro-regers and Mr. Fantastic is like "Amazing" Before he gets socked one too.

Didn't they actually use three of spidey's titles in that scene?
I think thet they said, Incredible, amazing and spectacular.

No, it was in fact. <Spidey beats them all in like a second> Mr Fantastic: "....Amazing...." Spider-Man (while kikcing through a glass pane) "Spectacular!" Also an awesome moment. And Nutcase, Spidey/Iron Man was a fight. It's just that Spidet started it

...It's just that Spidet started it You misspelled "Iron Man" in this sentence. No, no thanks necessary, I'm glad to help!

And Nutcase, Spidey/Iron Man was a fight. It's just that Spidet started it It weaved in and out of "Amazing Spider-Man" and "Civil War." I enjoyed it as well, though, because Peter outsmarted Tony. ~W~

That was my fav CW side part fight, when Iron Man riged his armour with Spider-sense, and could manipluate Spider-man's to mask himself and set off false positives.

I also like that the small talk between Tony and Luke during the ambush at the ball field. Just casual conversation before Tony tossed him down the field.

I didn't even understand the cause of the fight. Why would they set up an ambush. Tony had shown honor at the last 'solo' meeting between him and Cap. I was dissappointed to see Cap break faith.

To be fair, it's implied in the issue that Cap didn't know- he seems as surprised and angry as Tony.

I though so at first, but if it were true, why would he have told them in the first place?
He obviously didn't the first time around.
Also, they did what he told them,.. why didn't he order them to stand down?
