A couple of quick hits:
IRON MAN: THE INEVITABLE #5 Maybe they should have called it "Iron Man: The Eventual." The good: A well-crafted Iron Man story, in a time when we haven't been getting much in the way of solo Iron Man stories. The bad: It's moving glacially slow, yet very predictably. Gaaah. Get on with it! Rating: **1/2
IRON MAN #7 Here we go! The Knaufs look to be just what the doctor ordered for ol' Shellhead. This is Iron Man more the way I want him to be. We even got the obligatory confrontation with Cap-- that always makes me happy, as an Iron Man partisan. And Patrick Zircher's art, which I already liked a lot, benefits from gorgeous coloring in this issue. The only thing is, I still don't understand why Nick Fury's running SHIELD in some of the Marvel titles, these days (IRON MAN, CAP), and is nowhere to be seen in the others (NEW AVENGERS, CIVIL WAR, etc)... Rating: ****
