On my Avengers DVD Rom they have a "Coming Soon" Section that lists Cap as one of the coming soon titled. Anyone know when that is supposed to come out? Anyone know if any other titles like Iron Man or Thor will receive the same treatment?

In another thread (I believe in answer to you saying you have the Avengers one), I commented that I've heard many ROM's are coming in '07: Hulk, Thor, DD, Cap, Iron Man, maybe even Dr. Strange and Sub-Mariner. I can't wait. I hope they make improvements, like leaving some of the newer stuff out and including the giant-sizes and crossovers that are important to the stories (like the Defenders issues that would have filled out the Avengers/Defenders War).

Is this thing legit, or is it a knock off or pirated product? Anyone had any experience with this seller?

My sense is that it's a bootleg. The DVD-ROMs for the Avengers and the FF don't have all of the periphery books that this set advertises. Now, while it would certainly be an improvement on the product in general to have these things (we've discussed the lack of the three major GS issues that tie in with the Celestial Madonna storyline over on the Avengers ROM thread) included, I would be skeptical if this is the real McCoy. Also, the previous ROMs have all been single disc.
Shiryu might be able to comment on this particular product, as he is based in Europe and I saw that this seller was in the UK.

A little less convenient to prosecute copyright violation across national borders.
Was there any mention if the legitimate Cap DVD will include his golden age appearances and Tales of Suspense stories?

I don't think this is a legitimate DVD, would have heard of it in that case.
Regarding Golden Age, I think it's unlikely. Cap whole V1-3 is about 4 GB. This means that, considering the space needed to close sessionts etc, they could squeeze up 500 more mb maximum in a disc, but it's usualy not recommended to fill a DVD to the very end. In other words, it would probably lack the space to put the Golden Age issues too, unless they find a way to compress the comics further.

If you go to this link www.eagleonemedia.com/ they show Cap and Iron man as sets that will be coming out this year. Looking at the ligitiamte items they carry, I'd think that the products they show coming up are also legit.
